Having the difficulty to link my faith to my emotional depression so it could pull me out of my sinkhole, I decided to minimize my social involvements so I could spend more time in soul searching. I thank God that I received the enlightenment, am living the enlightenment and wouldn’t want to let go. Now I want to share what I learned with others. Two years after, I now have a step by step way of introducing what I learned. It is now an internal strengthening program, which I call My7 Internal Wheels. I am now working on the website, not fully ready yet, but already has contents that can be shared at www.my7internalwheels.com
