My view here will be similar to what Joan of Arc said. If the Pope is in sin, may God help him. If he is not guilty as accused, may the grace of God keep him in safety. In both instances, let us pray for him.

Hi! I write Stella Maris Designs, where I share my original Catholic artworks with religious and fantasy themes, as well as original cover art for various novels, such as Grace Bourget’s (mentioned by Therese Judeana) and for Therese Judeana’s trilogy and posts on Windflower. I also share at least one historical artwork each month with my thoughts on the symbolism.

Yes, thank you! I’m currently working on a project for one of the fiction writers here on Substack. In the next couple of weeks I’ll share a price table for the various types of projects I’d be undertaking, so anyone interested will be able to get an idea before they reach out to me. I’m willing to work on sacred art projects, logos, wordmarks, and illustrations and cover artwork for novels, whether in print or on Substack, so long as all aspects of the project and the image’s use adhere to Catholic morals and traditional values. I just want everything I create to serve God in some way, so if anyone else has the same goal for their project and is in need of artwork, please feel free to reach out!

What a wonderful idea to have this. Jocelyn, I admire your writing and appreciate your collaborative and evangelizing spirit in making this available. Here's my Substack: https://carlosbriceno.substack.com/ It helps to encourage and inspire others to surrender to the Lord.

Also, here's an idea I've been sharing. What if we periodically held Catholic Online Festivals where we pick themes and then pair up with someone else on Substack and carve out several hours on a particular date on Zoom where each pair presents a half-hour conversation with each other on topics they choose related to the theme? Each festival has people who haven’t appeared in the previous one. The Catholic community on here promotes it. “Audience” members can watch live. The recordings can then be shared among us as podcasts on our Substack accounts.

For those interested, please comment on here or DM me.

Jesus, we surrender ourselves to you, take care of everything!

Thank you for creating this thread Jocelyn. My substack, The Catholic Christian, can be found here: https://christianliguori.substack.com/

This publication concentrates on living out the liturgical life within the Church, balanced takes on situations within the Church, and catechesis.

All of this drawn from my own experiences and study. I have been a director of catechesis (religious ed, faith formation, etc.) for three years and was a director of music and liturgy for several years before that. Also, I have been an MC for many years and have been serving at liturgy for over 20 years. My latest venture is studying and becoming involved in the life of the Ruthenian (Byzantine) Catholic Church.
