"We are not working for human praise"--excellent point. At a pre-cana meeting recently, the priest said that "sometimes the most important fruits are the ones that are invisible". We might not get earthly rewards but God knows and is working with grace in ways we cannot see or fathom. This is a tough pill to swallow but so very important to being able to patiently bear our daily crosses. Thank you for this reflection.
